1. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Prepayment is required for all orders.
2. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, debitpaperrolls.ca takes security very seriously. To ensure that credit data is secure, we use the most advanced technologies to encrypt personal and credit card data before it is sent over the internet for processing.
3. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you received a defective or damaged product we will have our delivery company pickup and return the product(s) to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange at our expense. If you would like to return product(s) for any other reason you will be responsible for the returning shipping costs and a restocking fee of $5.00 per item will apply. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the Initial order date. See our Shipping and Returns section.
4. Do I need to register to purchase an item from debitpaperrolls.ca?
No. You have a choice to either set up an account using our easy registration process at checkout or check out as a guest. Registered users receive the added benefits of Express Checkout, Order Tracking, and Special Offers.
6. When do orders ship?
Orders are processed daily and most orders are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm (EST) will be processed the following business day. See our Shipping and Returns Section
7. How do I track my order status?
Registered customers click the “Login/My Account” link at the top of our website and login to your account. Once logged in you will see the link for “My Orders” and from there you will see the status of your order and shipping information.
8. How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are shipped by Canpar, or Canada Post Expedited. Orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Some exceptions apply to the more remote areas of Canada. See our Shipping and Returns
9. Can I place an order without using the internet?
Orders placed on our website are highly secure. However, if you prefer, you may phone in your order to 1-877-682-5409
10. Do you offer discounts on large volume orders?
If you would like to receive a quote for a large volume order, please send an email to email@example.com with the products description, quantity of order and location the order will be shipped to. One of our Sales Representatives will contact you the next business day.
